Payments:
- Indian Customers can pay using UPI / Credit / Debit Cards / Net Banking during check out.
- Currently we take International Payment via Bank Transfer only, in Indian Currency to our Indian Bank Account.
At B Crowned, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Here’s a simple outline of our shipping policy:
Order Processing Time – Within India:
- Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days from the date on which payment is realised.
- Shipping Cost for India – INR 55 for South India & INR 80 for Rest of India.
- Shipping Cost for Lakshadweep & Andaman Nicobar – INR 150
- All domestic orders will be processed via our official website / Instagram / WhatsApp only
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Customers are requested to fill the complete delivery address along with PIN CODE, STATE and LAND MARK.
Shipping Terms – Within India:
Delivery Period Guidelines:
- Delivery: Delivery within 4-5 business days for Metros; Any other remote locations: 5 – 7 working days
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier’s website.
- Customers are requested to track the parcel until it reaches.
- We expect the customers to make sure that there is someone at the receiving address to collect the parcel.
- In case of parcel being returned due to non-availability / non reachability of the customer. We charge the usual shipping charges for re-shipping the parcel, applicable to all cases
- In case of any unexpected courier delays by the courier company, www.bcrowned.in shall not be responsible for the same. However, we will follow up to make sure the package reaches you.
- We strive to get your jewellery delivered on time. However, if there are any unforeseen delays, we will keep you posted.
Custom Duties and Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
