BCrowned offers a 3 Day Return policy, which means you have 3 Days from the date of delivery to register an order return. Return window will be automatically closed after 3 days.

Return Process:
In case of discrepancy, Send the video to the mentioned number or email id as mentioned below
- Video is a must for all returns/damaged products
- Customer need to send 360-degree video of received package without pause i.e.
- The video should start from unopen package of all the sides.
- Then Open it, show the exact product on video without any edit or pause
- Our team will validate & approve your return.
- Once it is approved , the product should be sent by the receiver(you) through any courier (please use same packing box) and inform us via email/ mobile with tracking details.
- Once we receive it, our team will do a quality check and initiate refund excluding shipping charges.
Refund Terms
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, you will receive an email notification confirming that we have received your return. We will also inform you of the outcome of the inspection and whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Sale items
Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for a refund. Sale items are not refundable.
Cancellation Policy:
Considering operational challenges, we do not have order cancellations. Request customers to avoid impulsive order.
